Meet the Team
“Modern mental healthcare is no longer confined to the boxes of conventional knowledge — it is integrative, expansive, and deeply human. It honors the complexities of who we are — weaving together science and spirit, internal and external, past and future— to guide each member toward their desired horizon.
Effective and sustainable service educates people about their body’s natural response to trauma and their environment. It recognizes the relationship between culture and learned behavior. It’s a safe container for metabolizing, releasing and relief. And, above all, it guides individuals to tap into their own inner wisdom to find their way back to relentless self-understanding and love.
Collective healing starts with individual care.”
Gianna Biscontini, MAEdHD, BCBA, LBA
A pioneer in the mental health and wellbeing space for over two decades, Gianna Biscontini is a board-certified behavior analyst, psychedelic-assisted therapist, bestselling author, and a former CEO and executive coach. Her work is focused on bridging the science and the spiritual, helping people to not only heal from the past, but to deepen and expand their present and future.
Outside her professional roles, she is a world traveller, dog momma, nature-lover, wellness educator, and former nomad who is honored to have come full circle into this work through her own challenges and healing.
Gianna’s strong academic foundation was built on both the East and West coasts, reflecting her deep commitment to understanding human behavior, mental health and wellbeing through multiple but integrated lenses. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology at Salisbury University, followed by advanced graduate training in Counseling Culturally Diverse Populations and Education and Human Development at The George Washington University, ranked as one of the nation’s top-ten programs. Since graduate school, she has further refined her expertise through postgraduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis at George Mason University, Social Entrepreneurship at Stanford University and in over 400 hours of various highly-regarded psychedelic-assisted medicine programs, such as the Advanced Certificate in Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy at Fluence.
Gianna’s career spans decades of working with diverse populations — from Navy SEALs to 16 month-old children to creatives and successful executives — blending evidence-based practices with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to create meaningful change. She has spent the last 22 years studying multiple therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, theta wave states, meditation and breath work, psychedelic medicine, clinical behavior analysis, buddhist psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), challenging the status quo of mental healthcare and sparking conversations on redefining ourselves beyond the boundaries of social conditioning. Her work is a testament to her unwavering belief in the power of science, storytelling, and human connection to inspire growth and healing on both the individual and collective levels.
Beyond her professional practice, Gianna’s Amazon best-seller, F*ckless: A Guide to Wild, Unencumbered Freedom, not only explores the fluidity of identity and gender but also serves as a beacon for those navigating the bold, nuanced act of evolving past our socially-conditioned selves. In addition to writing for publications like Oprah Daily, Newsweek, Today.com and Frenshe, she contributes insights on more modern, diverse approaches to therapy, gender and overall wellbeing at events and on podcasts, helping individuals feeling stuck and out of control to break out of neuropsychologically- and socially-engrained patterns and ways of living.
These days, she draws inspiration from her travels and enduring love for the natural world. Now grounded in Washington, D.C., she finds daily joy in meditation, challenging conventional knowledge, exploring the city and in moments spent with her deservedly spoiled rescue dogs, Franklin and Maya.

Domonique Louis, MSN, APRN-BC, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
“I believe in the transformative power of integrative mental healthcare that sees, honors, and treats the whole person. Too often, psychiatric care is reduced to brief medication visits. Instead, it should create space for true healing by thoughtfully combining innovative treatments with traditional wisdom.
Meaningful transformation happens when we take time to understand not just symptoms, but stories. When we acknowledge that mental health is influenced by sleep, nutrition, hormones, trauma, and systemic inequities. When we create safe spaces for authentic connection and transformation, sustainable and deep healing occurs..
Every person deserves healthcare that makes them feel cared for, connected and supported in their full humanity.”
Domonique is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), double-published author, and psychiatric technology consultant who is helping to reimagine mental healthcare. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and a passion for integrative, whole-person healing, she helps clients move beyond symptom management toward meaningful transformation and sustainable fulfillment.
Her approach bridges the best of both worlds: the science of psychiatric medicine with forward-thinking, evidence-based practices like nutritional psychiatry, mindfulness- based practices, and ketamine-assisted therapy. She is especially skilled in helping people feel seen, heard, educated and supported as they navigate complex mental health challenges like anxiety, burnout, depression, and trauma.
Domonique’s training reflects her commitment to excellence and innovation. After earning a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) and becoming a PMHNP, she further deepened her skill set through training with Fluence in ketamine-assisted therapy, worked as a provider at Journey Clinical, and led educational programs at Veterans Affairs North Texas—one of the largest mental health systems in the country.
Clients love working with Domonique because she brings both deep clinical knowledge and a refreshing, human-centered perspective to her work. She believes in treating each client as an individual with a unique set of stories, beliefs and needs—not just symptoms—and weaves together neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and lifestyle interventions to create personalized, empowering care plans. Her use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), circadian rhythm interventions, and nutritional support in conjunction with traditional medication management helps clients reconnect with themselves, make aligned choices, and feel more in control of their healing.
Outside of her work, Domonique is a passionate mental health educator and advocate. She shares insights through writing, podcasts, and wellness events—making psychiatry more relatable, accessible, and inclusive for the communities she serves. When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling the world, learning new languages, getting lost in a book, or spending quality time with her family. Her love of culture and curiosity about the human experience deeply shape the way she shows up—with warmth, openness, and a commitment to seeing people in their full humanity.
